    English Job In Poland...

    Hi,

I am a Irish man 24 years old I want to live and work in Poland but I will need to find a job speaking English at first as I have only recently started learning the Polish lang. I am qualified in computer repair and maintenance but any job would even do me for some time anybody got some idea's??

    Thanks in advance.

    hiya

hiya! im a 26 yr old irish woman living in poland,so how's it goin' ?!
first thing thats important is where you want to live..if its in the bigger cities like krakow or warsaw etc. then you may find something while only speaking english..like in the service industry or tourism or something like that..but if its the smaller cities that you will be living then i would say do a TEFL couse, and maybe you can give private english lessons, because realistically, there are'nt any jobs without having a very good understanding of polish..i hope it works out for you!

    best of luck!

    Howya..

    Hey Rebecca,

thanks for reply   my Girlfriend is from Łódź so we were thinking either there or Krakow depends on work I guess. Do you mind if I ask what you do in Poland and what level of Polish lang are you at? Also how is the situation in Poland is it hard from a Irish point of view regarding living etc? I'm living near Naas in Kildare if you know it? Where in Ireland you from?

    howya!

heya! no prob for the reply,Łódż or krakow are both good options..maybe you could even try dell in łódż..if its anything like it was in limerick then the language shouldnt be too much of an issue..i teach english privately at the moment..and im learning the language and can understand most of whats going on..in general i love it here..polish people are mostly open and friendly, and the food is great!! im from cork originally but moved here with my polish boyfriend.

so i suppose i can just say dont be nervous, give it a try, you might enjoy it!
any more questions just give me a shout..

like i said before, best of luck!!
