Electrical Engineer seeking SponsorShip

I just graduated with a bachelors of engineering in electrical engineering, I am also a fully qualified electrician. I obtained both these credentials in Ireland, where I am currently residing. I plan to travel to Australia on a tourist visa, as I want to start my career in electrical engineering and live there on a permanent basis. I'm seeking a sponsor as I cannot obtain any other visa to work and live there as I used the working holiday visa a couple of years ago. I have a lot to offer a company willing to sponsor my as I have relevant work experience when I worked as an electrician. Any help or advice will be much appreciated.
