"Dream Team Build" Program:

The idea behind this program is to build and develop
common downline for each member of the program.

It is commonly known, that recruiting new members in any
MLM system is the hardest part. Newcomers are usually
struggling to bring even couple of new members and will quickly quit
without luck of knowledge and support from the system and their sponsor.

The next hard part is to retain the downline - to keep members staying
active in the system and allow downline to grow. Again, people are
usually left alone and cannot survive for long, when relay only on their
own resources, only few would stay active for long time.

People, who quit MLM because of these reasons, won't be entering any
other systems involving multi-level marketing and will spread their
negative experience.

So, the solution is following: use the power of group of people
to participate in one MLM program with coordinated efforts, where
group is advertising itself (as Facebook group) by means of free
advertising and growing because of these marketing and by the word
of mouth.

We have only one MLM program in this group

Program is matrix based. Costs are 65 US$ to join
and then - 10 US$ monthly recurring fees.
Compensation plan is quite complicated and could be

To make it simple - new member need to build his first 2 x 2 matrix
first, which means - he need to enroll 2 members under him, and then -
these 2 members need to enroll 2 members under them. Because it is matrix,
every member in this 2x2 matrix is brigning new members and they will be
put in this matrix first - doesn't matter, who enroll them - sponsor of the
matrix or members under him. Upon 2x2 matrix is filled in - i.e. matrix
sponsor has 6 people altogether under him - this first 2x2 matrix is considered
as built one and matrix sponsor will receive it's first $50 commissions
and he could start building new 2x2 or more advanced matrices and also
upgrade his membership to allow more income opportunities.
There are chances of company spill-over to the matrix, but one cannot fully relay
on it, because they're happenning company wide and are not that frequent.

So, in a usual world, where member has to build his first 2x2 matrix alone - he
will need to enroll 6 people under him, which is not an easy task, if possible at all.

What will our group do - we will build a common downline for our group by common
efforts, where every new enroller in the program will be put under the last enrolled member in strict sequence - from the bottom to top and from the left to the right.

Let's explain on simple example:

We'll have Max as 1st joined member - he will be matrix sponsor.
He'll start to advertise the Facebook group.

Max has found John, and invites him to Facebook group, and then -
inside the group invites John to enter OnFireMatrix system.
Once John joins the program - he will be put under Max to the left:

Now, matrix consists from 3 members and they are all commonly advertising
the Facebook group and the OnFireMatrix inside it, and every new member

Once new member Jack joins the program - he will be put under John to the left:

Now, matrix for Max (as sponsor of 1st 2x2 matrix) is completed
and, his 1st level in the program is finished and he could proceed
on next (2nd) level of the downline bulding. Now - he has $50
in his OnFireMatrix account and this is enough for 5 months to pay
the monthly fees - so virtually now Max is break-even and he
could proceed to the next - 2nd level, where he could actually start
earning money.

So, each new member to Facebook group will follow this path:
- join Facebook group
- read the documents, research OnFireMatrix program
- joins OnFireMatrix program (according guidance from the group admin -
people are not joining themselves, admin coordinate and direct
the exact place and under whom to enter)
- pay for his OnFireMatrix membership - $65 (including 1st month fees)
Payment could be done via AlertPay account directly from OnFireMatrix
back-office. Other payment methods (via PayPal to admin or directly
to OnFireMatrix) are possible and currently are under admin consideration.

by means of free advertising
(all neccessary information and resources (where to advertise, how,
text of the ads, sales letters, banners, etc) for this will be provided
in Facebook group)
- Member advertise this Facebook group untill he finished his first 2x2
matrix
- Upon completion of this 1st level (2x2 matrix built) member will be offered
an opportunity to leap on the next - 2nd level.

Another powerful advertisment tool exists and will be used extensively -
common group web-site http://www.maxonfire.cjb.net
will be used as a rotator (where the affiliate link of very last
joined member of OnFireMatrix program from our group) will be advertised.
Because web-site is already established and has been advertised for a while,
it already has traffic coming to it due to links and previous advertisment.
Because it is not an affiliate link, this web-site is easy to promote
via SEO and other advanced means.
So, each member of Facebook group need to advertise Facebbok
group itself and this common group web-site.
It's quite easy to set-up several other similar web-sites and start
advertising them for free by common efforts, which will be done later.

Exact details of 2nd level are not finalized yet and will be disclosed
only to interested members by group admin in private. They will include
(not limited to): free sub-domain web-site (similar to Max' one
http://www.maxonfire.cjb.net) - fully build and ready to go, advanced
marketing techniques (including free and paid advertisment), advanced
marketing materials, sales letters, auto-responder (free for first 2 months),
free SEO tools, on-going training and support, etc.
Sure, not everyone would be able to take this offer and they could start
promoting their own OnFireMatrix affiliate link alone or continue
to stay in Facebook group and advertise it further.

The power of group is enormous. Imagine, if one member brings just
one another member - and group would double in size. Mass posting on free
classifieds site by tens and hundreds of people could easily bring
hundreds of interested visitors in a matter of days, but this is hardly
achievable by one person' efforts.
Moreover, if some advanced internet marketers would join, they could
promote the group by means of list and huge Facebook followers.
In fact, every member of the group will be shown, how to advertise properly
on social media, and bring not only their existing friends on Facebook
and Twitter followers, but much more people.

We cannot stop people from advertising their own affiliate links for
OnFireMatrix programm, in fact - we'll encourage them to do so, but only -
after completion of 1st level - on their 2nd level, but not earlier.
Imagine, John joins the program and will advertise their affiliate link outside our group
- and someone will join under John in OnFireMatrix. But because he joins outside our
group, group will be not placing anyone under this newest member and he will be
left alone. Moreover, the whole matrix structure for John would be broken and
may stay uncomplete, even we put 2 members under him - that very first leg of the matrix
must be completed first in order for full matrix to be finished.
Also, people will be much more inclined to join the Facebook group (as a acommunity),
and from there - into OnFireMatrix program, once they will see it is all working,
rather then - trust John and enroll under him. Moreover, promotion of affiliate link
itself (that what John will be doing) has its own known limitations and very few
people are buying from affiliate links into paid programs nowdays.

The actual enrolment in the OnFireMatrix program will start inside the Facebook group,
once it reaches some quantity (let's say - 20 people or so) and once
admin of the group will have at least 10 confirmed requests from the members,
who are ready to enroll into OnFireMatrix program, and group will start grow
and people will see it all in action.

Initially Max will be the only admin of the group, he may delegate some or all of his
admin functions to proven members of the group later.

This is not a final and official document, which will be released to the Facebook group,
it is just a quick snapshot and description of the idea. It is subject to ongoing changes,
but the main skeleton will stay untouched as described above.

At the moment Facebook group hasn't been even started yet, I'm in pre-lauch phase
and looking for partners to establish and set up this idea. Whoever joins me first -
has a better chance to progress quickly, but obviously untill group will grow up to
100 members or so - the waiting time to complete first 2x2 matrices could be significant.
