In a nutshell, Please, Give me your best small business ideas and projects?

Hi there,
Precisely and concisely, If you have around 15000 Euros, What would be your best small business ideas to invest this amount in? Or what a small project would you suggest?
Thankfully, I don’t have any debt, car loans nor mortgages.
I know that 15K is a very small amount of capital to start a business, But can I start anything beneficial with them?
Let's avoid and exclude the suggestions of stock exchange and the interests of the banks. So, What other options do you have in mind?
I would greatly appreciate your valuable thoughts and I am looking forward to hearing from you !

My view on starting business

Hi,
As you said 15000 Euros is you budget to start you business right. So what i suggest is open a small bakery where you can sell all eating iteams and fast food center and can earn money.
Because if you start any software or any project business place on demand and if suddenly recession hits entire business will get collapse.
So my suggestion is find a market place and survey what is in demand from the street and the competitor and start you business.
Or else maintain an Hostel near to college university and with low rent aquire them and arrange food and bed even in that way you can start your business.
OR go for INTERNET cafe near college university or near any famous public place where youngsters are more even it works.
OR Even you can start pharma means medical stores near to hospital lane.
Note: please Do market serve and start the business because if the business you are starting is already running by other person on the same street it wont work or you have to attract public in different way.
