  Need pc based mobile internet access in Vienna

  As described in this link UMTS is available from Vodafone

  Am wondering who to contact, what the process is and what is will cost.

  In Spain for example the USB type modem costs 60 euro, with a new SIM card and you buy credit on a pay as you go basis.

  In ireland the min contract is 12 months at 20 euro a month and expensive data transfer rates.
