Rent to Own ???

Hi all , i am looking forward for property which can be rented to own... probably this is where im starting... there are many agents by which we are not able to make a decision.. and also banks who are ready to mortage ,, whats the best way to start safe...
is there such consultation company out here in bahrain....
ive the citizenship.. but dont know where to start...
looking forward for "friendly advice" more than business deals...
