i am staying in bahrain from 2012 . Almost i completed 2 years with the same sponser . In jan-14 my sponser changed my visa to one of his another C.R .. In May -14 I got offer from another company .Old Sponser he not agree to give release letter . So i completed all formalities ( Sent Resign Letter from post and Applying Mobility Intesion form LMRA ) . Then My Old Sponser compliant in LMRA as i am runaway .
when i check with LMRA customer call centre regarding this issue they said no problem you can change your visa . After i get the Pink card from Post office my new sponser tried to apply visa from his C.R . that the system is giving message the Employee must be work 1 year with old sponser ..when i ask to old sponser to release letter he said complete your balance period then we give you release and we will take back our compliant also . So i return back to old company . Now the issue is my Visa is cancelled from LMRA ...
When Check with our Old Sponser they said "Wait until August the status will change . if it not change go out from bahrain. Some one saying if i leave with this RUNAWAY compliant i can't return back to bahrain again ..
when check with LMRA they are saying " Now your Old sponser can't da anything ,, Go with your new sponser to RUNAWAY Department in LMRA and request them to process new visa " . when i am gone LMRA and try to find out RUNAWAY Department . But i failed to find out that . New sponser is ready to give Visa ..
Please Help me .. which is the correct way to get new visa ..
