need a legal help to file a complaint in police station or any other suggestion

im a businessman working in bahrain and pakistan. three months back on my business trip i came to pakistan and in my absence a friend in bahrain sharing my apartment stole my personal belongings including company papers and bank cheques and now someone visited my apartment told me all this happened and my friend has disappeared. i cant come to bahrain as im stuck here at the moment. i just got to know about all this and im very upset. please guide me as to how can a police report me made in my absence. thank u and waiting for your positive response....
