Hi Lanny,
My answer about unmarried letter was for Ritch. I don't know for sure the procedure for marriage couple, but for you I think it's even easier because you already married, so you don't need to make cohabitation contract anymore. I think the 1st thing that you and your husband need to do is to register himself in Belgium and then he will get Belgium ID for 5 years and after that register yourself in the Belgium and then you will get your Belgium ID for 5 years.
