Hello,
I'd like to know if it's enough to live in Belgium or I have to join some healt insurance?

I thought that European Healthcard was only good during temporary visits abroad?
If you're a resident in Belgium now, then you'd best get some proper health insurance sorted out.
Better safe than sorry and all of that!

Yes, reading on the European website I found that it is only for temporary visits.

I think it's better to join a local healt insurance, if I live in a country like expat.
