First of all, I suppose you live in Flanders.
where do you live? 1, if you live in big cities like Brussel, Gent, Antwerpen, Leuven
There are university language centers. which is good at quality in teaching Dutch and other languages. Although they are not cheap, between 300-500 euro per courses.
2, if you live in some village, you can go to the CVO to study Dutch, which is relative cheap.but very slow in progress.

then go to the KULeuven`s language center is best choice for you. you can combine with train everyday to your school and home.
