What is the best mobile card?are there any offers like O2 in UK?

    Hey there,

    There are a lot of operators in Belgium.
    Mobistar, Proximus, Base, etc.

    If I were you I would buy a 'Base' card.
    Also, I think you could find prepaid recharges in some supermarkets (Carrefour, etc).

    Forget about Mobistar, those guys are thieves! ;)
