Citizenship Through Grandmother

My grandmother was born in Brazil of Italian parents. My understanding is that when she emigrated to the US, from Italy, she entered the US on her Brazilian passport. What I want to know is if, on the basis of my grandmother's Brazilian citizenship, can I acquire Brazilian citizenship
