Moving to Florianopolis, Brazil

Hello! My name is Ramon and I am moving to Florianopolis, Brazil in February. I am looking to meet people anywhere in the area who love to travel, meet new people, and especially surf! Also any helpful advice would be great as far as moving there. Thanks!
