Looking to rent a village house/ villa near Varna (radius up to 30 km) for myself.
It could be against rent or better against property maintenance& small repairs or both.
Still if the owners want to use the property once a year this could be negotiable.
Would be keen on any flexible agreement.
Do not expect something shiny- it could be just a village house.

thank you for the message.Yes I know the imot.bg and even some more other BG sites ...
And in deed I did try to find to rent a property through them last Autumn, but without success.That's why I thought that to place such ad is still an option.
