Can you please tell me if you have installers in the Ruse region as yet and also is the 649 euros a one off payment, or are there further ongoing costs/subscription required?

No we do not have an installer in that area yet.
But you can arrange your own dish installtion if you wish and just buy the receiver from us.

It feels like an scam and looks like a scam.
No contact details other than a untraceable Hotmail account.
No permission from the channels they are transmitting.
What looks like a not very trustworthy dealer.Even their website looks like it was knocked up in 2 minutes...so much for being a professional TV service.My gran could do better.
Have a look at the links here to see how this chap is selling the system! Not very customer focused, avoids questions, sends out personal abuse.
