Taxi from Ruse district to Bucharest 100 leva

The registered taxi (yellow cab) driver I always use asked if I could informed ex-pats that he can now do the Ruse district to Bucharest for 100 leva including the bridge charges.
His name is Evo and he can be contacted on 0899975386
Hopefully this was the best way of letting you all know??????
