Wind turbine certificate in Bulgaria

Posted in Bulgaria forum 26 Jun 2009, 07:22

Hi there,

Like CE certificate in EU or UL certificate in North America, I want to know if there is any special certificate of wind turbine in Bulgaria.

We are a wind turbine of small-sized factory in Anhui Province. We would like to expand our global markets in to Bulgaria, where the wind potential is impressive.

Is there anybody who can help me?

My email address: […]

Thank you in advance!

B/Rgds.

yes, aprt from certification, which you can get information on with the EU. you need to find out if there are any existing contracts that could exclude you. The French seem to decide on where and what by the commune that wants to install. All the wind turbines looke like they come from the same manufacturer. or at least they are made to a uniform pattern so it is likely they are made in the country. What I am saying, is that you might find it difficult to break into the market unless you can come up with a unique sales point, maybe something that can be installed at individual house level to propel the needs of the household.

    Wind turbine certificate in Bulgaria

    Hi Frank and Robert,

Thank you very much for the advice from both of you.

It's really fresh to me that some countries or communities only accept one kind of wind turbine from the same country or the same manufacturer.

But I think it makes sense as different types of wind turbines planted together may distroy the scenery of a site.

However, as I'm in China, it's really difficult for me to find out whether there is such regulation in Bulgaria or any other country.

I think the best way to find it out is to talk with target customers.

    Thank you!

    B/Rgds.
