hi anyone know what its like in tutraken area or rousse area been looking at houses on internet for these places which airport do we come to from uk is it easy to get building materials in these areas also property management all info would be greatly appreciated

Hi Anne,
Both Tutrakan and Rousse are town located at Danube river. Rousse is bigger than Tutrakan and has better roads infrastructure. It will be easier if you fly to Varna airport, since it is closer to those towns.

Rousse is good and as Milan says the infrastrurcture is there,but there are lots of villages in the area that can offer a good deal if you are going to this area Bucharest would be the airport ,if you are still looking for houses there is some one i know who has just started this line of work, her and Bulgarian partner deal direct with Bulgarians for the best price for her Email is […] she has some great deals so many that she is having a web sight built to show them i dont know all the details but contact herperhaps there is some think you like, let me know how you got on

On a second thought, Gerry is right. Bucharest is closer(about 100km, opposed to Varna 180km), but you need to deal with the border on the Danube bridge.

I am working in the next village to Vinograd in a village called Lozen my understanding there are some brits in this village just 2 but my understanding this other village vinograd has not got a good name i not sure of the budget your looking at the email i gave you for salesgirl she has one in the village on her books perhaps its some thing your looking for
i know she has a websight coming out soon called Montrose bg in about a week have alook hope this helps
