    If you want to live in a cosmopolitan community with people from all over the world, if you like the less developed less Americanized places you'll like the Caribbean. I live in Puerto Viejo and I love it. The people are warm and friendly, there is lots of English spoken and I like the weather better than in the rest of the country. Check it out!
