LANDLORD... WE SHOULD ASK FOR RECOMENDATIONS TO RENT A HOUSE??

Based on my bad experiences as a Landlord, I guess we should ask for recomendations to rent a house. Somebody thinks that this would affected to all the foreign people who wants to find a place in Costa Rica?
