  Are there many black families living in Korinia

  Hello there,

  thinking of moving to northern cyprus. My children are of african heritage and I would be interested to know if there are any black people living in northern cyprus, especially in the korinia area.

  Yes there is a mixed race here - in Kyrenia mostly students that go to the American University. There are pakistanis, indians but most of the foreign population is british citizens, then Turkish and Cypriots. If you are not cypriot then if you wish to reside here either on a work permit or residency. These are done here. Until then you can enter and re-enter on a 90 day visa which you get upon arrival at airport, etc into the country.
