want to get an invitation letter.......

hello people :)
i'm sri lankan student currently studying Ukraine. but i want do my masters in Finland. so i've thought of taking a finnish language course in summer, to be exact at university of helsinki summer school......., but they don't send us an invitation letter :( , even, i'm not sure is it possible to get a visa without having an invitation letter. the course exists only for 2 months.......... so guys do you know any option which i can take ? if somebody can help me to get an invitation, i can pay.....or any other suggestions?
