Learning Finnish

Hey,

Does anybody know what is the most efficient way to learn Finnish? My guess would be by communication with native speakers, but so far i have only gained this primitive languages skills, on topics which I use in my work. I would love to find someone, who have enough free time to meet and teach me some more, I could teach Estonian, or just help you practise English.

No age limit I guess, just want to learn the language and have interesting discussions about life :)
