Medical Refund for outside France countries

Hi all! I'm spanish. I have been this summer in France and I bought there some medicines. The guy from the pharmacie told me that for refund me, I have to send a copie he gave me to a spanish organism. Does someone know what to do to receive my money or where I have to send the copie?
