My name is Alfred Jacques Roussey, Am born and originated in France. Currently working in London on a research program, so this makes me travel often which is the mere reason why i need to search good people to rent the flat so i will be rest assured that my flat is in safe hands in my absence.

Why i am renting:

Why am renting the flat out is that I am presently working in London on a research program which could last us up six month or probably a year. so i just need someone (Students or Anybody working in a reputable organisation to rent the rooms) with an open heart,love and clean to occupy the apartment and put all my worries off concerning the maintenance of the house, Since i am not residing there for now. I left behind some Facilities and electronics,air conditioning,alarm system. also i will like you to know that the rent charges is not really the issue, but your absolute maintenance of my apartment, because that is the only valuable property i have in France, and it also took me so much time and money to put all those facilities in place.

The Apartment rent is 500 EUR Monthly + 800 EUR refundable security deposit making the total 1,300 EUR.

NB: The security deposit is refundable upon verification of the room which you rented to be in good order. There is contract available for weekly, month to month and long term basis but if you want a long term rent, i will prefer an initial 1-3 months rent which is renewable 2weeks prior to the rent expiration."

Le but du jeu est de te délester de 1 300 euros en te faisant miroiter un beau meublé dans un quartier sympa à Paris... ! Il te prend pour un arbre et le pigeon qui s'y pose...!!!

Malgré des échanges de mails et même de coups de téléphone, l'Alfred te plumera comme certainement déjà fait avec d'autres.... plus difficile d'atterrir sans plume au croupion...!

J'ai enquêté auprès des services du cadastre, des fichiers consulaires des propriétaires depuis janvier 2011, des voisins, de la copropriété et même de la régie (qui oppose son secret professionnel pour ne pas répondre, mais qui va s'en prendre une bonne quand j'aurai porté plainte et remonté le réseau d'accointance) et le Roussey ne figure nulle part et n'est connu de personne, ni comme locataire, ni comme propriétaire...

Thanks for the reply, As i have said earlier I really understand that you are trying to protect yourself But I want to take into cognizance fact that the money you are paying is not really important to me But all I want is the right tenant that could take good care of the property as I wish 1,300EUR you are paying is not up to 2% worth of the property Beside, my personality is very important me, as I can not stand to tarnish my personality or my family name because 1,300EUR is not worth it I'm so paid and i'm contented with it, So i don't see reason why I will have to engage in cheating anyone,1,300EUR can not change anything in my life. The worth of property i'm renting out to you is more than what you are paying So i'm the one that should be in position

It is not the responsible of the house manager to receive the money from any tenant all what he need to from you is to provide him with the acknowledge content/authorization paper along with the official payment receipt.
