  non-EU married to british citizen would like to live and work in france!?

  Hi,

  I have a slightly complicated situation. I’ve been trawling through the forums and can’t find the information relating to my specific situation! I really hope someone will be able to help!

  - I am a British citizen and my partner is a Bosnian citizen (non-EU).
  - I currently live in UK and he lives in Bosnia
  - We plan to get married in Canada next year
  - I’m moving to Paris in November and will have been in Paris 6 months when we get married.
  - Will my non-EU husband be able to live and work in France once we are married? - What rights will he have? Will they be the same as mine?

  Hi Alex,

  Have you ever tried to search info at the embassy of france in UK?

  in my opinion, since you don't have french nationality, i guess your futur husband will need to follow the regular procedure in order to obtain his work permit in France.
