  Moving to Nice

  Hi. We´re moving to a village just outside Nice on 10 June and need some advice on where people go to buy reasonably priced food - markets, supermarkets, etc. Assume there is a Carrefour in the area where prices are not astronomical?

  We´ve just got a job, quite unexpectedly, and so we also need to learn the language. Any recommendations on schools/teachers? Nearest villages to us are St Laurent du Var, St Jeannet, Vence, etc.

  ... if this thread is still active as you might find lot of answers to your questions after your arrival. Anyway, in a case you are still looking for Carrefour in your area, you can use this link to localize a shop that is nearest to you...
