bullying in Germany?

Posted in Germany forum

Hi,
My son studied IT and he is passionate of psychology.
Based on that, he wants to work in EU but he has found many cases of bullying at workplace (http://mobbingsoft.wordpress.com/the_system).
My question to you: Are there any anti-bullying laws in your country?

Thank you.

Based on your description Viorel Stan - I believe your son is not ready to leave his home and home country yet. Once you are ready to take a job in a foreign country, you are most likely excited, adventagerous and all upto new challenges. Bullying or mobbing shouldn t be your first concern. It s all about your attitude in approaching a new job and first of all finding a work environment that's right for your son. Based on your sons judgement, his impression and his goals of a job he ll agree to a job or he says no. Bullying or mobbing happens anywhere in the world whether there are laws in place or not. - not saying It is right, but your carriere shouldn t be based on it.

Based on what you posted about Bullying , I do like to let you Know one way or the other some one some where is being Bullied , I think my advice for your son is to avoid a groups or friends that do not respect Humans values to accept someone the way he or she is , , Jesus Christ was Bullied even before he was Nailed on the Cross for his love towards a an Harlot woman, for his miracles performed and still could not save his life on the Cross , but accepting the will of God to take place in his life , advice let him portray love around him , if his Fat , he could attract Bully and the only way out like me is he need to be funny , comedian , and doing exercises , if his Urgly , he need to learn how to make people Laugh avoiding abusive words , with this way he could gain supports and favoure , i believe with this advice he will go places , connect with me on skype ( AwesomeG1711 ) and i will share with you my own side story of Bullying even by my own father ,

Bullying (or Mobbing, as it's more commonly called) is of course illegal in Germany.
It does happen, though, from time to time. And if it does, enforcing the law or even proving what actually happened is not always easy.
But if your son is so paranoid about mobbing that he bases his choice of residence on the relevant ant-mobbing laws there, I think he should stay on comfortable home ground instead!
