How is living in the world's most vertical city?

I heard that Hong Kong is the world's most vertical city, meaning that more people in Hong Kong live or work above the 14th floor than anywhere else on Earth. I am wondering, how it feels like to live in a place like that?

really hard if your claustrophobic
rooms are too small, places are crowded & it is very expensive place to be in
