What are the best parts of Hong Kong to live in?

can you recommend me the best parts of Hong Kong to live in? Where is that most expatriates live?

    hi,

    thank you very much for your reply! I was more asking about the longer-term stay, though. A friend of mine is going for exchange for half a year to Hong Kong and he needs to find a place to stay. Therefore I was asking about the best places where to live as foreigner.
