Where can I find a cheap and safe apartment in Hong Kong?

Hi! I'm looking for a cheap apartment in Hong Kong. (Now I'm in Japan and I'll move to HK this year) Which areas are safer and cheaper?
If you know good apartment and sharehouses websites (and shops) in HK, please tell me^^
I like these type apartment/sharehouse
・separated bath and toilet (not unit bath)!!!
･　already set most of furniture
・close to station/busstop
・nearby supermarket,hospitals, convenience stores
・　high-speed internet/hotspot
