Property investment

Posted in Hungary forum 06 Jan 2012, 13:15

Seems like property in Buda is a bargain, Im considering to invest in a few flats.

I am considering how to do it, on auction, forced sales?? Through an agent, or privately, it seems like private deals is common here, and cheeper?

Also Im considering if it should be by private ownership or through limited company? Is it at all possible to buy without a company? And whats cheepest in tax?

I will possibly visit Budpest in February, and plan to maybee settle there, so any interesting people are welcome :-)

Happy Newyear to all..
