  Looking to buy but can't get mortgage currently? Any alternatives?

  I'm looking to buy a home in or around the dublin area. I'm tired of the rental market and prices are so good at the moment i thought trying to buy would be easy but banks are not forthcoming with loans. Does anyone know of an aletrnative, like a rent to own plan?
