hello i am from pakistan and i am living and have buisness in dubai.i am married to italian national she is also living and working in dubai.we would like to have some buisness and our second home in italy to spend some month of the year in italy before we totally move to italy so my question is is possible to get permesso di sigorno in italy while am not permanent residence in italy so i can open a buisness bank account etc in italy.

I am from pakistan too, now a days I also applied for Italian residence permit with my family…you can apply once their embassy open for residence this time in January it was opened. Usually those who are already there can help you in this regard… on the otherhand contact me back when ever it will open again I can help you..
