Claiming Pension contribution

Hi,
Could someone let me know if I can claim pension contribution on leaving the country? Iam an non EU citizen and will leave the country ( outside EU) as my contract with the employer is over.
What are the rules and procedure for doing so?If in case I claim them now,is there a rule which will not allow me to come back to EU or Luxembourg for work in future?

Did you find any further information on reclaiming your pension contributions?
I have the same problem and would like to reclaim if at all possible.Thanks
