Internet connection

Hi All,
Just wanted to know which is the better package for (internet + phone + TV)?
P&T or Numericable?

iam mainly interested in English channels.So please suggest me the better one interms of pricing, internet speed & service,number of channels.
Is there any way to get Indian channels too?
