NL version of distance selling regulations?

Can anyone provide a link to the NL version of the Distance Selling Regulations?
As I understand it different EU countries may have implemented it differently and the retailer has to abide by the rules of the *customers* country.
And I have a customer in NL that's wants to place big order with us and I want to know exactly what their rights are.

thanks, but I don't need any 'services', I just need a link to the Dutch version of the DSR. I'm assuming there must be an online version somewhere just like the UK?
