Telephone/Internet services in Netherlands

Hey all,
I just wanted to find out some information on telephone/intenet lines. Can anyone help me as to where and how i can find out the cheapest deals?
Ive tried a couple of phone numbers, but am having no luck at all. As I dont speak the language im afraid its proving difficult.

best is to get wifi service..i have learnt from some people
