  Room available from end of june,R´dam center, 250 Euro

  Hey!
  There is a room available in our flat from end of june, 5 minutes walking North of central station. The rent is only 250 per month, including internet, gas, electricity and water! The room is actually pretty big, ca. 12 qm, but it is downstairs and there are no windows. In the summer it will be nice and cool and no mosquitos! The rest of the apartment is nice with a large living room and a great garden in the back.
