I'll try to make it a little clearer - without going into too much detail.
I have two web sites that i need to develop.
I need an investor that has business savvy and has contacts throughout the business world. These two web sites covers any business involved in the finance sector as well as real estate. I would prefer the investor lived in Auckland as I want a close working relationship, but that as I now realise, this may be bit of a big ask.
This investor will also have the finance on hand to get the ball rolling ASAP.
The first website involves banks, insurance companies, finance companies, police and a truck load of others that pay to list with the site. I based a listing fee of $14.95 but that is just a ball park figure. It may be quite a bit lower than that, as i imagine approx 1 million listings (and that's not an exaggeration) within the first 12 months. This is a totally new tool for these companies and I'm sure they will scramble to get on board.
The second website involves sales. This is a totally new concept also. So new in fact, that one particular aspect will need an engineer to develop and would involve a patent being applied. This would be great, as I imagine that many sites would want to use this developed tool on their own sites bringing in royalties for the developer. What would you think if I presented to you a buyer for your house, your house being EXACTLY what they required, and they had the cash on hand? Wouldn't that be easier than the big hunt for buyers that seems to be the normal practice?
If you have what it takes to make this happen, let me know what you can bring to the table. I will then organise to make the picture clearer for you.
I would prefer not to go through the "curious reader" scenario again. If you are interested in two totally new concepts, are genuine and know you can commit,we would love to hear from you.
