    Yes of course, Family Visa (Permanent and Visit) are open now. But better to wait for another week as during last week one of my friend's visa request has been rejected, as per them, they didn't receive any notification yet. Ministry implement the regulations normally after a week or so, specially in Visa Section.

    So try 3rd July onward and wish you best of luck.
