    Dear M K ,

    Only way 2 bring ur brother 2 wait and pray in Ramadan specially that Kuwait govt may lift the ban on Pakistan. Other way is to apply in ministry and if ur brother has some kind of specialization then chances r great but again depends on visa restriction and requirement criteria of ministry.

    All that I know bcz I did d same last year for my bro, he is also MBBS, but cant go thru bcz of visa restrictoons.
