I want to create International communicative center where people from over the world can learn languages, trip and meet to other people to know more about cultures, customs. I need people who can to suppost me and help me.

Hello Petra!
Of cource I can tell you more about my idea. First of all I want to find like-minded persons from different countries which can share my opinion. Then I want to meet with them to discuss our work together. I want to discuss ways of international communication including questions such as visa, life abroad, financial support and ect.
General scheme of work international center looking as:
(For example) I live in Russia, you live in another country. You (or I) find people who want to study Russian language, Russian culture (or Czech language, culture) I send visa invitations for these people, than meet them in Russia and organize thier life in Russia, schooling, entertainments, excursions during 3 mounth.
But it is very general scheme.
