I'm an American academic whose wife is 3rd Generation Polish-American. She would like to come to Poland to live (says it feels like home to her and we've been around the country and visited many times).
How difficult is it to gain permanent residence in Poland? What are the basic regulations for starting a business, perhaps a small restaurant or hotel?
