    Ban on job in Qatar

    Any body can tell me that
    I cancelled my residence permit Six month before in Qatar, Now I got another job in Qatar. My questions are
    1. is it possible for me to get residence permit again?
    2. I should got the NOC from ex employer or no need for NOC?
