You can get new KSA visa if you have come on exit re-entry visa and failed to get final exit, only after your Iqama is expired. And, there is no 2 years entry restriction/ NOC policy exist now...
all records are deleted upon exit and iqama expiration?

hi i went exit to phil last aug 2012 and my iqama expired also last aug 2012 ... is it true that all records are deleted in the system and i can come back to saudi as a new expatriate without any existing records before?

well according to new rule, people with Azad Visa should be working under their Kafeel n performing same job as written on their Iqama, otherwise u have 2 months time to either go back or make transfer of ur visa under ur employer's name...

u can extend the exit re-entry of ur sister from Saudi Embassy in India, but ur father will have to ask his employer to give him letter that her daughter wants to stay more for her studies n then ask any agent in india to put up ur case in Embassy,

Sisters exit re-entry visa finishing next month

AoA brother.
I have a question I am hoping you can help with. my sister and I are staying with parents and we both have exit re-entry visa. My sister has gone back to india for studies and is unable to come for another 6 months but her exit re-entry visa is finishing on 11th june. My father is now out of job and is not able to get her visa through company. Can she get extension on her exit re-entry? and if she is not coming then if she will get job in saudi and employer will send visa to her in india will she be able to come back or she will not be able to come till 2 years? Her Iqama is valid till june 2014 so still time is there on iqama but visa is finishing this year june.
Please give some advice brother I want my sister to be able to come after 6 months. May Allah bless you.Asalam_O_Alaikum Everyone

i m new in KSA i came here on 14th of march and i applied for iqama 3 days after my arrival but i havent got my iqama yet. my kafeel is in yellow cat and i m also worried about the new rules. can my kafeel be able to give me iqama as he is in yellow cat? and when i get my iqama can it be transferable? kindly do reply Thanx

for UAE, u will not face any kind of problem, but
for KSA, u cannot come until ur Iqama will expire...

Helo Sir ,
I find your advise helpful, so I would like to ask you my concern.
Presently Im in KSA working in a company but my contract would end this july. I Want to go for exit that time .But the problem ,They will only issue an exit re-entry visa, they will issue exit once u labor and will take about 3-4 months. My question is Can I immediately apply for another company within KSA if i still go with an exit reenty visa? my Iqama is valid till October 2013? And wat if I choose in UAE is there any problem with that? hope to hear from you soon. TanxSohail Muhammad

The contract is between you and the company not with the Saudi goverment, so it does not matter after your Iqama expires...
However, if your company is really after you and want some kinda revenge, which is a very rare case, can write letter to Ministry of Exterior to ban your entry in KSA for max 2 years...

In addition, IQAMA will be expiring in Feb-2014; could you clarify about my contract condition as below:
"The second party shall not resign unless after two complete years"
"This contract is valid after the second party passes the 3 months of probation period"
"Period of this contract is two years and renewed automatically every period."
