There is No such thing as KAFEEL FEE unless its the so called"kafalah" which has been agreed by you & your sponsor, normally sponsor's give a power of attorney to govt agents and those agents charge a fee & that depends on the particular agent , commonly the fee is SR:100 , you can pay the insurance fee yourself & the Iqama Fee as well in any bank's ATM or Online as well !

Muhammed waqas , firstly i would like to advice you to take a clever step & renew your iqama for 2 years at once if you feel that your sponsor isin't trustworthy or has weak points which might lead you into trouble, the iqama fees is SR:650 (Passports) SR:100(Labor card) + the insurance fee depends on age normally the insurance fee for workers below the age of 35 is approximately from SR:700 to SR:1000 , different insurance companies have different rates, you don't require any additional documents apart from 3 pp size photos, the renewal form, your iqama & passport. The chamber of commerce has nothing to do with the renewal of your iqama , the license copy of the company or establishment is strictly required & if its expired the labor office wont entertain your sponsor in the renewal or any kind of work , card or booklet depends on the jawazaat dept.
