  Saudi Arabia Employment contract

  Hey All,
  I am an HR proffessional in UAE. My company is expanding its business to Saudi and are in the process of recruiting employees. So theemploment contract framing is now in my plate, am unaware of the Saudi Laws and regulations.Just want to know does the employment contract differs from Expants to Saudis?Aprreciate If any one can help me.
