    Apply for Family Visit Visa Brother (Special Child)

    Dears,

    I applied for brother and my parents. Parents got approved, brother is not. My brother is special child and dependent on Parents. What you suggest should I go to istakdam office with medical certificate to apply for brother or apply online and on Remarks column mention this or is there any other suggestion.
